Returns & Refunds​

  •  No returns or refunds allowed, as all engraved designs are pre-approved by the customer. The only exception for a refund is if we are unable to fulfill an order. If a customer receives a broken or damaged product, they must send us a picture via email of the damaged item and will then have the option a full refund or a remake of item.
